  • How long do processing and shipping take?
    The packages are brought to the USPS facility no more than 1 business day after receiving and processing your order; occasionally, there may be a slight delay due to holidays shipping deadlines or expedited shipping. Once your order is received, it is manually processed, packed, and then dispatched to the appropriate shipping carrier. Because we want to offer our customers the highest product quality and purest freshness, we hand- pour and pack our products to order instead of pre-packaging. Garden of Eve Botanicals have a passion for loving people and living on purpose. When it comes to promising true quality for promoting long-term customer relationships, we make it our business to ensure that all packages are thorough.   • Can I request any changes to my paid or pending order, after it has been placed?"
    Unfortunately, you cannot make changes to a pending order because your credit/debit card payment is pre-authorized for the total amount due on your account. Although, we value our customers' protection, the ecommerce regulations disallow any further charges made to a customer's original pre-authorization. However, it is not practicable to make changes to a customer's order unless we cancel transaction and void the pre-authorization hence refunding the monies back to the original method of payment.
  • If my order has not shipped yet, can I cancel it?"
    We promptly process a customer's order the day that it has been placed; if the order was placed before 5 pm (Eastern Standard Time), then it cannot be canceled. If the order was placed after 5 pm (Eastern Standard Time) and the request for cancellation is emailed no later than 6 pm close of business, then it can be canceled the day the order is placed. After that time (6 pm), the request to cancel order will not be honored.
  • How are your products packaged?
    We have multiple packaging materials (glass containers, plastic bottles, multi-layer bags, recyclable tin, and sturdy boxes) that are equipped for protecting the contents' freshness of our uniquely blended botanicals. Don't worry, your order will arrive safely shielded!
  • Can I return a product?
    We want you to be completely happy with your purchase; if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our Returns and Refunds policies. However, the following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us. Conditions for Returns ​ In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: ​ The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days The Goods are in the original packaging The Goods were not used or damaged You have the receipt or proof of purchase The following Goods cannot be returned: ​ The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over. The supply of Goods, which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. The supply of Goods, which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion. ​ Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.   • Why did I receive a payment submisison error message while trying to check out?
    If you encounter a technical issue while entering your payment information, please recheck the billing address while it may not match the address on the credit/debit card being used. For your protection, our payment processing system requires that customer's billing address matches the card. Most online companies use this security feature of the Address Verification Service (AVS) system for protecting customers from fraud. To make sure that your billing statement address is correct and current, please contact your financial institution for verification of payment declines.
  • When will my tracking number be available for my order?
    Once your order is received, processed, packaged, and dispatched to the proper shipping carrier for pickup or drop-off, your Order tracking number will be available within 24 hours of placing your order. If your Order is placed on the weekend of Saturday and/or Sunday, then your tracking number won't be available until the next business day provided it is not a Holiday. Please understand that we will absolutely email your tracking details with an estimated delivery date of arrival.   • If an item is out of stock, can I be notified of when it will come back in stock?"
    Yes, we suggest that our customers sign up for a "Back in Stock" email notification on the website. If all or some colors, sizes, or scents, etc. of a particular product are "Out-of-Stock" from searching, then a “Notify when in stock” button should be displayed in gray. If you see it, then please click the gray button to sign up for an automatic email notification. However, you do not need to have an online account for using that feature. Upon restocking and while supplies last, you will be notified accordingly.
  • Why is there a sales taxed assessed on my order?
    Garden of Eve Botanicals charges sales tax as per the State laws in the United States. You may reference your state Department of Revenue "Sales & Use Tax" filing, regulation, and remittance requirements for business owners.
